With the purpose of self care pleasure practice. We come together Monday & Friday mornings between 6.15 - 7.00 am CET.
We start Monday the 28th of August and continue every Monday & Friday until the 14th of December This will give you the possibility to anchor this practice and habit deeper into your life’s and to receive support from the group field. This is the Link to our zoom room
Bring a candle, matches and one of your favourite song on a Spotify link to every practice session. Have a good wifi connection and a private space when you show up for practice.
