During the webinar, the report’s author, Cressida de Witte, will present the main findings of the report “Prescribed Ambiguity: Medical Cannabis in Europe”, highlighting the ambiguous regulatory framework for medical cannabis in Europe. Cressida will show how different EU countries have chosen to regulate this field, what consequences this has had, and what challenges these diverse frameworks pose for public health, patient safety, and future legislation.
