Table Saw Course - Beginners

This is the course for our table saw in the wood workshop.
Content
The course consists of
- A video course
- An online quiz
- A physical self-study task at the makerspace
- A physical test and introduction with a course leader.
Prerequisites
- No prior experience with table saws required.
- Take the online fire safety course
- Take the online table saw course
- Perform a self-study session at the makerspace BEFORE the physical course. See descriptions in the online table saw course above
Physical Course
You'll have a physical course at the makerspace that includes both an introduction to the saw and a short physical test. You'll be asked to perform a few cuts, to see how you handle it, and you'll be allowed time to ask the course leader questions.
Make sure to complete the above prerequisites BEFORE the course. Make sure you have ample time, you'll not be able to do it in half an hour before the course.
Please make sure to arrive at least 10 minutes before the course starts.
Language
The course will be held in Swedish or English, depending on what the course participants prefer.
As usual, you need to be a member of Stockholm Makerspace to attend our courses.
