Workshop with the lawyer Andreas Wendén, dealing with the basics of immaterial rights (mainly copyright) and contract law. How does a right come into being, what does is contain and how can it be used are questions that the lecture deals with but also what a creator should consider when entering contracts.
The workshop will have a practical approach, with examples of what a creator should consider regarding rights and contracts.
Andreas Wendén is a lawyer oriented towards the creative and cultural area. Andreas is a part of the organisations Skap and Stim, he has also been legal counsel for the culture incubator Transit at Konstfack in Stockholm.
STPLN provides coffee/tea.
The lecture is conducted in English and is free of charge.
